Text Box: Venue - Consider the amount of people you intend to invite, as this can add to the atmosphere or hinder it. Having 50 people in a hall meant for 100 . . . . . .. . . Remember, expect around 75% of who you invite to attend on the evening.

Start Time - Starting at 7 or 7.30pm may only cost you more money. If your going to a night out and the invite says 7.30, what time do you go? Having your DJ set-up and playing for people arriving at 8pm is much more feasible. . .

Buffet - This is the turning point in most party’s, by this time everyone's had their chit chat and ready for dancing. Having it at 9 can sometimes be ok, sometimes guests are still arriving. 10pm can be a better option as it splits up the night, More so if your function is on until 1am.

Know Your Crowd - You might be the biggest party animal around, however, if most of your invites leave at 12 when your function is on til 1am it will make the end to what could be a great night seem flat.

Personal Touch - Whether its place cards for your wedding or you want to be that little bit more original with your invites, please visit http://devinecreations.webeden.co.uk/
